BODY TRAYS

A comprehensive range of rigid mortuary body storage trays available in two basic styles either pressed or fabricated, in standard width's of 560, 660 and 750mm.

The pressed style feature a satin finish flat tray with a shallow radiused perimeter profile, designed to contain fluid and ease body transfer whilst providing a crease free, easy clean fabrication.

The fabricated tray has a shiplap folded perimeter again offering a flat surface, which is slightly creased during construction to allow a neat channel to the drain. Alternate profiles and deep section trays are quite possible, as are bespoke widths and lengths.

RACKING

These racking systems are purpose designed for installation into cabinets or as free standing units.

Both refrigerated cabinets and open cold room systems generally employ slotted channels with full width rollers allowing simple tool free height adjustment. The 40mm rollers are fitted with maintenance free bearings mounted on stainless steel shafts, then finished with a PVC coating for easy cleaning.

Manufactured either from 2mm 304 grade folded st. steel sheet or welded stainless box section Providing a reliable and solid platform this construction offers inherent tray safety and usability.

Free standing models are made up to suit the application employing an economic fully welded box section fabrication creating a rigid structure. Similar rollers to above, but spring loaded, are fitted at fixed heights. Ideally suited for cold room mobile or coffin storage.
